Sorting plants are designed for sorting communal waste material into the individual types.
Plants output is adjusted to the Customer’s requirements. Delivered waste material is initially segregated, large elements are separated, and other part is transported with use of belt conveyor to the initial sorting cabin, where it is segregated into light film, thick waste paper, glass packages, etc. From the cabin waste material is transported to the drum screen, where it is mechanically divided into the individual fractions. Small fractions are stored in the containers, located under the drum screen. Other fractions are manually segregated in the sorting cabins, where reusable materials are manually picked and placed in the containers. Then the materials are sent to the baling press in order to compact them.
